Atop Jenkins Hill, in a small hearing room, the historic Senate Judiciary Committee hearing involving Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh echoed throughout our Republic. The testimony of both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh was infused with impassioned words. The testimony of Dr. Ford was historic for her courage and bravery. It is a reminder that victims of sexual assaults still face uphill battles. The testimony of Jude Kavanaugh was a conscious demonstration of a man that feels falsely accused.
The perceptions of today’s testimony will be akin to a decades old psychological inkblot test - unique to each subject. Or, will the perceptions fall along the partisan divide griping our Republic.
