The year was 1975 when Saline, Michigan welcomed Ryan Wiedmayer to the world. Growing up through years of harsh Michigan winters taught him the art of resilience, but also made him yearn for warmer environs. His first southern move found him at George Mason University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a coveted Accounting degree. 

That degree led him to Deloitte’s Atlanta office where he was able to hone his financial skills in the warm comfort of the Southeast’s fastest growing city. From Deloitte he was on to GreenSky, a burgeoning financial juggernaut which taught Ryan, not only about the finite details needed to build successful companies, but the catalytic affect of collaborative working. 

Today Ryan enjoys his life as a father to a son and daughter, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and (amateur) interior designer. 

Ryan is the Founder and Managing Director of Wiedmayer & Co., a commercial real estate investment and operating platform composed of highly skilled real estate professionals and entrepreneurs with a unique ability to originate, structure, underwrite, close, asset manage and reposition value-add and core investments in commercial real estate. Wiedmayer & Co.’s core principles are founded on precise investment selection, thorough due diligence, creative deal structuring, strong financial management and proactive and responsive communication. 

Ryan is also a Co-founder of Lightbox Studios.  An innovative, collaboration photo studio that brings artists together to create and inspire.  We created an open, modern, versatile photo studio where artists can come to create, inspire and collaborate.
